dramáticos legitimados por la tradición, que plantean renovados desafíos a la
teoría, el análisis y la crítica teatrales. Algunos de los problemas que exigen
ser puestos en discusión son: el valor de la tradición, la noción de autor, las
operaciones realizadas sobre el texto dramático, su proyección espectacular y
el espectador implícito. Por un lado, la práctica teatral demanda la revisión
crítica de varias categorías y conceptos de uso consolidado, a la vez que
requiere de la formulación de otras líneas interpretativas, algunas de las
cuales exceden el campo disciplinario específico. El seminario propone el
análisis de textos dramáticos y puestas en escena representativas de las
tendencias señaladas con el fin de presentar otras posibilidades de lectura,
así como ofrecer herramientas para la práctica teatral (dramaturgia, dirección,
actuación). Se analizarán textos dramáticos y/o puestas en escena de: Carmelo
Bene (Italia), Angélica Liddell (España), Griselda Gambaro, Luis Cano, Alejandro
